Your information is protected under applicable Alberta privacy legislation — the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and, where it applies, the Health Information Act (HIA). We collect and use only what’s necessary, document consent, and share information with your care team under those rules, with limited, specific circumstances for disclosure. You have rights to access and correction.
