They bring family and caregivers into the appointment, with practical guidance on supporting someone through the adjustment to better hearing.

They keep the everyday essentials in stock, so a flat battery or a lost charger does not turn into weeks without hearing.
Evenings, Weekends & Urgent Help
Weekdays 8:30am to 6pm, with evening and weekend visits by appointment, and an after-hours line you can call or text.
Our Trusted Hearing Care Partner
We are proud to partner with Rocky View Hearing Centre, who bring clinical hearing care to people at home rather than asking them to travel for it.
Where they visit: South East Calgary and area, Chestermere, Strathmore, and Rocky View County. If you are outside that area, ask them — our own home care service covers Calgary more broadly, and the two do not have to match.
Funding: they are an AADL authorized vendor, direct-bill Alberta Blue Cross, and are approved for WCB claims. Arrange all of that with them directly. Please note these are hearing-device funding routes and are entirely separate from CDHCI home care funding — approved CDHCI hours pay for personal care, homemaking and respite, never for hearing aids or professional health services.
