Home care in NW Calgary
The northwest is where Calgary’s long-time homeowners live — the Varsity and Brentwood and Bowness houses people have loved for forty years and have no intention of leaving. Our nursing-led team helps make staying possible, from a few hours a week to 24/7 care.
Coming home from Foothills?
For NW families, hospital usually means Foothills Medical Centre — and discharge day is when most first call us. We coordinate with the discharge plan, prepare the home, and can be there for the first night back. A nurse leads the recovery support, watching for exactly the complications that turn one hospital stay into two. See hospital-to-home recovery and urgent starts.
Long-time homes, long-term plans
Established NW homes come with established NW realities: stairs to bedrooms, big yards, steep winter driveways in the hillier communities. Our plans deal with the practical — safe stairs, cleared paths to the door, help with the heavy parts of the week — so the house that held a family for decades keeps doing it.
We serve the whole quadrant: Varsity, Brentwood, Bowness, Tuscany, Rocky Ridge, Arbour Lake, Citadel, Hidden Valley, Montgomery, University Heights and beyond.

Getting to you in the northwest
Every community on this page is inside Calgary city limits, so our published rates apply as they stand. Rates apply within Calgary city limits; for homes outside the city boundary, rates may vary and are confirmed case by case before care begins.
The northwest is the part of the city where weather actually changes the schedule. The hill communities — Tuscany, Rocky Ridge, Citadel, Hidden Valley — hold ice on the driveways and the side streets after everywhere else has cleared, and Crowchild and Shaganappi at the wrong hour can turn a twenty-minute run into forty. We build that into the schedule rather than into an apology: visits in the same part of the quadrant are grouped so the same caregiver keeps coming, arrival windows in winter are set honestly, and if a caregiver is going to be late you hear it from the office before you wonder.
Just past the northwest boundary? We serve Cochrane and Airdrie as well, with travel windows planned for the distance.
