What is the cost of the Essential Care plan?

The cost depends on the type of services required, number of hours, and funding eligibility. Alberta Maple Care offers private-pay options and direct billing to Alberta Blue Cross for eligible CDHCI services. A minimum of three consecutive hours per visit applies.

Alberta Maple Care is not contracted by Alberta Health Services. However, we are an approved Alberta Blue Cross provider for CDHCI (Type 3 Home Care), allowing eligible clients to access funded services through Alberta Blue Cross.

All care is delivered by trained, screened, and supervised care professionals who meet Alberta Maple Care’s quality, safety, and professionalism standards.

Yes. Your care plan is flexible and can be adjusted as your needs change — including increasing or decreasing hours or modifying services.
